What are your training options?

1-1 Personal Training: Hands on 1-1 coaching from start to finish with one of London’s top personal trainers. You will learn how to exercise correctly and efficiently for your body type. Get stronger, leaner and fitter while falling in love with working out!
The first session is always free to make sure you are a good fit for my style of coaching, but most of all to make sure you enjoy your first experience in the gym with me.

Semi Private Personal Training: The 1-1 coaching experience in a group setting. Get 2 -3 friends together and enjoy private workouts fully tailored to each of your needs. Large group classes can sometimes be a bit overwhelming and 1-1 may be a little too intense for you. Semi Private Personal Training is a way to make your workouts more about you and your mates working hard together and enjoying your sessions. Plus they are much more affordable by splitting the cost between the participants.

Nutrition Overhaul: We will take a deep dive into your current habits and then formulate a simple and strategic nutrition plan. A plan that is fully tailored to what your body needs in order to perform and be healthy but is super easy to follow. No crazy diets or fads. Whole foods and lots of them!

1-1 Body Analysis with EVOLT 360 scanner: Monthly body composition analysis. Where we can see where you are starting from. Set some lofty but achievable goals, then test again to see how well you smashed them! We can see everything from body fat percentage and internal fat around your organs, to skeletal mass and muscle mass. This can be scary at the start, but once you see how well you did and how much healthier you are, you can’t wait for the next one.

Support and Accountability: No private facebook pages or whatsapp groups. Just me checking in on you daily to make sure you are recovering from your sessions, sleeping well, prepared and on track. But most of all feeling motivated and happy with your progress.
