The Body Project is the ultimate 28 day health and wellness transformation. Perfected over the last 12 years while training Londons elite and at my boutique fitness studio Method Movement in Chelsea, London.
What’s included:
3 Personal Training sessions a week with me for 4 weeks.
Hands on 1-1 coaching from start to finish with one of London’s top personal trainers. You will learn how to exercise correctly and efficiently for your body type. Get stronger, leaner and fitter while falling in love with working out!
Private Training at Home HQ in Newmarket
You don't have to worry about anyone else but you! This slick, modern personal training studio is a safe space you can feel at ease to work you tail off without any judgment or spectators. Just your trainer cheering you on and pushing you toward your goals.
Nutrition Overhaul
We will take a deep dive into your current habits and then formulate a simple and strategic nutrition plan. A plan that is fully tailored to what your body needs in order to perform and be healthy but is super easy to follow. No crazy diets or fads. Whole foods and lots of them!
Plus to make life even easier we will throw in a supplement stack form Horleys so no matter what you can keep your nutrition on on point and your body getting the nutrients it needs.
Protein to aid muscle recovery.
Essential vitamins and minerals to keep your body functioning on all cylinders.
Probiotic and digestive enzymes to make sure your gut health is on track and immune system strong.
Zinc and magnesium to help you relax recover and get a good nights sleep.
1-1 Body Analysis with EVOLT 360 scanner
Monthly body composition analysis. Where we can see where you are starting from. Set some lofty but achievable goals, then test again to see how well you smashed them! We can see everything from body fat percentage and internal fat around your organs, to skeletal mass and muscle mass. This can be scary at the start, but once you see how well you did and how much healthier you are, you can’t wait for the next one.
Support and Accountability
No private facebook pages or whatsapp groups. Just me checking in on you daily to make sure you are recovering from your sessions, sleeping well, prepared and on track. But most of all feeling motivated and happy with your progress.
Exit Strategy
We will sit down and assess how well you have done and plan the next part of your journey with a realistic training and nutrition plan and some new achievable goals.
