Led by Joshua Clark, leading trainer to London’s bankers, business leaders, Royal family and elite, this is a unique opportunity to train with Josh in an intimate environment where you will see real results.

This workout is all about creating lean, toned muscles with a focus on the booty, legs and abs. Using resistance bands to activate and isolate, weights to tone and sculpt and body weight exercises for improved balance and core strength. This summer you will feel more confident than ever hitting the beach.
